Eating hemp is a highly desirable way to enjoy it, and it takes longer than smoking (approximately one hour) to absorb into your system, so its effect is pleasingly mellow and longer lasting.
Cooking with hemp is an ideal way to utilise the leaves which lend themselves perfectly to baking and are much more satisfying to eat than to smoke. If you are using a mixture of leaf with tips or buds as well, use less than the recipe calls for, if you wish.

Another good point to remember is the less flour you use in any recipe using hemp, the better, as flour tends to absorb the THC before you get to absorb it!
